Vivegam Movie Review:
Ajith's physical transformation deserves special praise, and he has worked really hard, despite shooting in extreme climatic conditions. He carries the film on his shoulders and turns in a never seen before kind of performance.. He has done a fantastic job with the character and has done justice. The next thing we have to talk about is Anirudh, who gave a superb music and BGM for the entire film. The film got a mass image along with international appeal with the music.
In a surprisingly good role, Kajal Aggarwal plays her part aptly. She plays Ajith's wife and their chemistry works well, ticking the right emotional note wherever necessary. Akshara Hassan, for instance, is introduced as the widely popular hacker, and she is wanted by the Interpol.Similarly, we don't quite understand why Vivek Oberoi turns rogue, and despite turning in an earnest performance, the caricaturish portrayal of his character is a big letdown. The director has done great work from behind to bring the story well.
Vivegam Movie Rating: 3/5
Vivegam Movie Verdict: A Top-notch International level action thriller Vivegam is largely targeted at Ajith fans, and lacks logic. The film should have been better written and the climax is hurried. If you are looking for an action entertain with youe favourite star, it is worth a look.
